Candidate must be Bachelors’ Degree in Planning or Architecture or Civil Engineering or Architectural Engineering or Environmental Engineering from a recognized University or equivalent, at least 55 percent marks or equivalent credits in aggregate (50 marks or equivalent credits percent for SC/ ST/ OBC candidates) marks. or Masters’ Degree in Economics or Sociology from a recognized University or equivalent.
Admission to Masters’ degree programmes is affected through a multi-stage process to select applicants based on their: Performance in the qualifying examination, Portfolio of work, Personal Interaction with the programme faculty and/ or written test, Interest and motivation for the chosen study, Work Experience and Valid GATE/ CEED Score.
