AIMSR Hyderabad Facilities
Library: The Central Library houses a total collection of over 3000 plus volumes which include textbooks, reference books and non-book material in the fields of health sciences. The Library also subscribes to about 40 national and international print periodicals and is a member of NTRMEDNET Consortium of e-journals & books.
Hostel: The college has a separate facility of hostel for boys and girls. The rooms are well furnished and the hostel provides food with clean surroundings. The student mess is adjacent to the girl’s hostel. Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner are served in the Student Mess. Evening snacks and Tea/Coffee are provided in the Hostel.
Sports: The college has indoor and outdoor sports facilities. Indoor games like carrom, table tennis, chess are available in the hostel. The college has a well-furnished football field and cricket fields. It also has a hockey field, handball, volleyball and badminton.
GYM: The college has well-equipped gym facilities for the healthy lifestyle of the students.
Canteen: There are two major canteens which offer multi-cuisine food for both resident students and day scholars. It provides a wide variety of delicacies to cater to the tastes of each individual.
- Boys Hostel
The AIMSR Boys Hostel has 55 rooms with triple occupancy capacity. The rooms are furnished with comfortable cots, Study Table, Cupboards etc. Each room has an attached Bathroom/Toilet facility. Security Guard coverage is available24x7. Recreation facilities are available. The student mess is adjacent to the Boys Hostel. Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner are served in the Student Mess. Evening snack and Tea/Coffee are provided in the Hostel.
- Girls Hostel
The AIMSR girl’s hostel has 70 rooms with triple occupancy capacity. The rooms are furnished with comfortable cots, Study Table, Cupboards etc. Each room has an attached Bathroom/Toilet facility. Security Guard coverage is available24x7. Recreation facilities are available. The student mess is adjacent to the girl’s hostel. Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner are served in the Student Mess. Evening snack and Tea/Coffee are provided in the Hostel.
- Medical/Hospital
AIMSR General Hospital is a 470 bedded teaching institute for the students of AIMSR Medical College located in the same campus. The hospital caters to the needs of the people from nearby and far off areas with wide range of clinical cases. Its central location is quite convenient for commutation of patients.
- Gym
The college has a Gym facility for the students.
- Library

AIMSR offers its students a wide range of sporting activities. Grounds for Foot Ball, Basket Ball, Volley Ball and Badminton are available. Indoor sports like Carroms, Chess etc are available. Our students participate in inter-college sports tournaments conducted by various medical colleges.
- I.T Infrastructure
The college has excellent IT Infrastructure facility for the students.
- Cafeteria
AIMSR provides various dining options for its students and faculty. The College Mess provides hygienic, wholesome meals over Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner at affordable prices. The College Cafeteria provides snacks and beverages throughout the day. There are various other Café s in the Apollo Health City campus that provide 24×7 and day time dining options like Café Coffee Day, Garden Café etc.
- Wifi
The College has Wifi facility for the students and staff.
- Laboratories
The 11 pre and Para clinical departments with human resource competence have laboratories that are fully operational for research. We have an animal house and all relevant labs, capable of research basic bio medical sciences. Research focuses on adult immunizations, the study of Antimicrobial Resistances and Laboratory Diagnostics to influence national health policy are the important areas of research.
- Classrooms
The college has common classroom facility for the student. State of the art classrooms now equipped to handle remote classes.

infrastructure works for study and hospital practice, enough for most students, though some things can improve in future.Library has books, space small, internet slow sometimes. Hospital is very helpful, we go daily, see patients, learn practical things

The attached teaching hospital is a major advantage, offering regular exposure to wards and outpatient departments. Students get to observe real cases from early stages. Facilities like drinking water, washrooms, and food services are adequate. Hostels and common areas are manageable but can improve. the infrastructure supports learning and clinical training effectively.

Apollo Institute of Medical Sciences and Research (AIMSR), Hyderabad is a private institute spread over 10 Acres of land. The colleg has 113 faculty working. The college offers various courses like MBBS , MD, M.S. ,etc. The college provides facilities like cafeteria, gym. Hostel, libraries but doesn't provide transport
