BIBS Kolkata Placements 2026: Highest Package, Average Package, Top Recruiters

Bengal Institute of Business Studies (BIBS), Kolkata has a dedicated 3-tier placement cell, continuously working to provide placement opportunities to its students.  As per the latest placement statistics, BIBS Kolkata highest package stood at Rs 13.60 LPA and more than 10,000 students were placed. During BIBS Kolkata placements, 30% of Pre-Placement offers were generated for BIBS students after their summer internships. The entire BIBS placement process, be it for the summer or the final placements is managed by a group of students under the placement committee. • Students need to appear in the Placement Evaluation test for summer and final placement. This contains written tests, GD and PI.
• Then, students undergo in a summer placement project in an organisation for 12-15 weeks. 
• As per the PET marks, Summer Placement performance and company requirements, candidates are shortlisted for GD/PI.
• After completing an interview, students get an offer instantly.
• Students also participate in a placement preparatory programme in which they go through 5 steps- CV Writing, Video Resume, Grooming, Mock GD/PI and events.
