- Students will receive the Job Description Notification by the GIBS Bangalore placement cell.
- Interested students need to express their interest in the desired positions by submitting the interest form.
- Students will engage in pre-placement talks with representatives from the company to understand the organisation.
- Then, students need to appear for the Written Test followed by Group Discussions which will assess teamwork, communication skills, leadership skills, and their overall personality.
- Companies will conduct personal interview rounds to select suitable candidates.

Placementsalmost all of my seniors are placed, the major comapnies were mahindra finance, wipro, oppo, IDFC bank, joyalukkas, L&T, etc the highest package offered was 16.5LPA, and the average was 9.5LPA, the lowest was 5.5LPA, our college was very supportive till the end and the placement teams also was dedicated and did their best.
