GIBS Bangalore has recorded 100% placements and internships since its inception. GIBS Bangalore highest package and average package offered to students were Rs. 16.15 LPA and Rs. 7.4 LPA as per the GIBS Bangalore placements 2024. GIBS Bangalore average package of the top 20% stood at Rs. 8.6LPA respectively. Over 220 companies participated in GIBS Business School placements 2024 for PGDM and BBA courses. GIBS Bangalore has a track record of 100% job placements where more than 90 companies participated. • Students will receive the Job Description Notification by the GIBS Bangalore placement cell. 
• Interested students need to express their interest in the desired positions by submitting the interest form.
• Students will engage in pre-placement talks with representatives from the company to understand the organisation.
• Then, students need to appear for the Written Test followed by Group Discussions which will assess teamwork, communication skills, leadership skills, and their overall personality.
• Companies will conduct personal interview rounds to select suitable candidates.
• Selected students will receive the official final job offer.

• Registration: A company interested in participating in the final placement process will have to register with the GIBS Bangalore Placement Cell. The company must indicate their preferred dates for the pre-placement talks and final interview at the time of the registration. Later, the GIBS Bangalore will then assign and confirm the campus interview dates for the registered companies.
• Pre-Placement talks: A pre-placement talk provides companies with an opportunity to increase their visibility on campus. The company also gets a chance to interact with prospective employees and throw light on various aspects of the profiles offered by them.
• Post a Job: Posting a job is a critical component to generating awareness of your firm on campus. Often, a posting will drive attendance to other on-campus branding initiatives, such as info sessions and networking opportunities.
