About UPCATET 2024

The S.V.P University of Agriculture & Technology, Meerut has started the UPCATET 2024 counselling registration for B.V.Sc and Animal Husbandry on June 27. The counselling registration for B.V.Sc and Animal Husbandry was closed on June 28. The UPCATET phase 1 seat allotment for B.V.Sc and Animal Husbandry was out on July 2. UPCATET phase 1 counselling registration for other UG courses was held from July 21 to 23. UPCATET UG 2024 counselling registration for phase 2 was held from August 10 to 11.

S.V.P University of Agriculture & Technology, Meerut has declared the UPCATET result 2024 on June 22, in online mode. Candidates could download UPCATET 2024 scorecard by visiting the official website at upcatet.org. The university conducted the UPCATET 2024 exam on June 11 and 12. Earlier, the UPCATET admit card 2024 was issued on May 27.

SVPUAT Meerut started the UPCATET registration 2024 on March 17. The SVPUAT Meerut has conducted the UPCATET 2024 entrance exam to offer admissions for agricultural programmes. Candidates should check all the details mentioned in the UPCATET application form 2024 before submitting the form. It should be noted that fee will not be refunded if UPCATET 2024 application form is rejected by the exam conducting body. How to fill the UPCATET Application Form 2024?

Candidates are advised to follow these instructions to fill the UPCATET 2024 application form.

Registration

Follow the given steps to complete the registration.

Click on the ‘Apply Online’ link given on the official website.
Press the ‘Click here for new registration’ tab.
Read the instructions carefully and click on ‘I agree’ and continue
Type in a valid mobile number and email ID in the registration window.
An OTP will be sent to the given mobile number for verification.

Application Form

After the verification is complete candidates received a Registration Number on the registered mobile number and e-mail ID.

Use the given registration number to log in and fill the application form.
Fill in the Date of Birth as the password.
Candidates can now fill in the application form.
Candidates must fill in their Personal Details, Examination Details, Academic Details, exam centre choice, exam group choice, Aadhar number etc on the application form.
Along with this candidates also need to upload a photograph, signature and thumb impression image.

UPCATET 2024 Syllabus

The UPCATET syllabus is generally based on Class 10 and Class 12 standard Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and Biology. For the undergraduate programmes, the syllabus is prepared according to the UP board for international examination in the concerned subject. For the master's programme, the syllabus includes subjects from the undergraduate course. The syllabus of UPCATET includes topics from Agriculture, Biology, Chemistry, Mathematics, and Physics. Subjects like General knowledge, Horticulture, Animal husbandry are also included in the UPCATET syllabus.

UPCATET 2024 Exam Pattern

Understanding the UPCATET exam pattern is essential for scoring good marks. Candidates preparing for the entrance examination are advised to get familiar with the UPCATET exam pattern 2024. Being accustomed with the exam pattern of UPCATET 2024 helps candidates know the structure and format of the question paper. The question paper of UPCATET 2024 carries 200 objective type questions amounting to a total of 600 marks.

Marking Scheme: For each correct answer, candidates are awarded three marks and 1 mark is deducted for every incorrect answer.

Qualifying Marks : To qualify the entrance exam candidates belonging to the General and OBC category must secure a minimum 20 percent of the total marks while candidates belonging to the SC/ST categories must score a minimum of 10 percent of the total marks.

Students aspiring to take admission in B.Sc Hons programmes must check the exam pattern below to get a better understanding of the exam. The subjects have been divided into different groups of papers. Candidates must check the group of papers under which the subject of their choice falls. UPCATET 2024 Admit Card

S.V.P University of Agriculture & Technology has issued the UPCATET admit card 2024 in online mode on May 27. Candidates who have successfully submitted the application form can download the UPCATET 2024 admit card by using their registration number, password and security PIN. If candidates cannot download their UPCATET admit card 2024 , they can visit the admission office of the exam conducting body with a few passport-size photographs and pay Rs. 100 to get a copy of the admit card. After downloading the admit card, candidates have to paste their passport size photograph on the admit card. No candidates are not allowed to appear for the entrance test without the admit card.

S.V.P University of Agriculture & Technology was declared the UPCATET result 2024 on June 22. The result of UPCATET 2024 was made available on the official website of the exam conducting body. The candidates who have appeared in the examination can check the UPCATET 2024 result by entering their roll number and date of birth in the login window. The UPCATET result carries various key details such as name of the candidates, roll number, rank, marks and qualifying status. UPCATET 2024 Counselling

Mode of Counselling: Online, Offline

S.V.P University of Agriculture & Technology has started the UPCATET 2024 counselling for B.V.Sc and A.H from June 27. Candidates whose names appear in the UPCATET 2024 seat allotment need to get admission in their preferred UG and PG programmes. The UPCATET counselling 2024 will be conducted into three phases - first and second through online mode, one round in offline mode. Follow the given steps to participate in the counselling.

Step 1: Registration

Candidates have to register themselves online by entering their registered mobile number, email ID and date of birth.
After registration candidates need to upload scanned copies of their documents, marks sheets, certificates, etc.

Step 2: Choice filling and Locking

Here, candidates have to choose from the list of colleges provided and lock their choices. Candidates must note that once given there will be no provision to alter the choices.

Step 3: Seat Allotment and Security Fee Deposit

Candidates need to deposit a security fee of Rs 5000.
The UPCATET conducting body provide a merit list containing the names of candidates as per the choices they provided in the choice filling round.
Candidates are advised to print and keep a copy of the merit list in hand

Step 4: Reporting To the University

Candidates are expected to report to the university allotted to them along with the fee receipt, documents and allocation letters.

All interested candidates must be a citizen of India as well as the Resident of Uttar Pradesh (UP) . The term 'Resident of Uttar Pradesh' means a candidate, must have passed the qualifying examination from UP and have been living in the state for the past 5 years, or any of the following criteria.
