where the price is 2,75,000 the food is good in my hostel I would recommend a first year student to stay in a hostel for a year then shift to a flat The college does not have its boys hostel it has three girls hostels of its own they have tie ups with private hostels there are hostel which offer you a room at 90,000 to hostels.

With your general rank of 11,397, getting a seat in B.Tech CSE at CUSAT is probably not possible, at least at the main campus. There might be some chances in the affiliated campuses.
Within your rank range, there are colleges where you can get a seat.
