IIHMR University, Jaipur Admission 2026: Dates, Fees, Eligibility, Cutoff & Application Form

IIHMR University, Jaipur admission is offered for postgraduate and doctoral programmes. Indian Institute of Health Management Research admissions are offered to MBA, MPH, MHA, and PhD courses in full-time mode.  IIHMR University admissions to the MBA programme are based on the marks obtained in XAT/CAT/ MAT/ NMAT/ CMAT/ ATMA/ GMAT followed by personal interviews and group discussion rounds. 

The GPAT scores are accepted for IIHMR admissions to the MBA Pharmaceutical Management programme. Candidates having less than 50% marks in the national entrance exam, need to appear for IIHMR UMAT. IIHMR University holds the IRAT entrance exam once a year for Ph.D admission. Admission to the IIHMR MPH programme requires a prescreening process for prior approval from IIHMR University before applying for the programme at SOPHAS.

IIHMR University M.B.A Admission Procedure

• Aspirants fulfilling the eligibility criteria have to appear and obtain valid scores in CAT/XAT/NMAT/MAT/CMAT/ATMA/GMAT.

• Candidates who have not taken the national-level entrance exam or secured less than 50% marks, must take the IIHMR-U MAT.

• Next, candidates must fill out the online application form available on the official website. 

• The shortlisted candidates are required to appear for the personal interview and group discussion.

• The final selection for admission is based on the candidate's performance in the qualifying examination, work experience, entrance exam score card and a personal interview.

• Once assigned a seat, candidates must get their documents verified and pay the desired course fees.

IIHMR University M.P.H Admission Procedure

• Candidates have to fulfil the IIHMR University eligibility criteria.
• Admission to the MPH programme is through SOPHAS (Schools of Public Health Application Service)
• Before applying for the course, aspirant candidates must go through a pre-screening process for IIHMR University’s prior approval before applying for SOPHAS. 
• Candidates must submit a completed pre-screening questionnaire, which can be downloaded from the college's website, as well as an updated resume.
• If approved, candidates will receive a pre-approval email from IIHMR University.
• If selected, candidates must pay the programme fee, submit the required documents for enrollment, and complete the Indian Institute of Health Management and Research admission process.

IIHMR University MHA Admissions Procedure

• Candidates who meet the IIHMR University MHA eligibility criteria can apply by filling out the application form for the programme.
• Assessment is done based on the information provided in the application and further shortlisting for the interview process.
• The shortlisted candidates will be intimated about the interview through e-mail. 
• The final selection will be based on personal interviews, purpose in pursuing the programme, and overall achievements.
• The selected candidates can proceed with the fee payment along with document verifications.

IIHMR University Ph.D Admission Procedure

• Candidates with the above eligibility can apply for the programme.
• The selection process requires the candidates to appear for the IRAT (IIHMR Research Aptitude Test) and secure 50% as qualifying marks.
• The qualified candidates will be called for an interview/viva voce process in order to discuss their research interests.
• Candidates who qualify UGC- NET (including JRF/ UGC-CSIR NET including JRF/ SLET/Teachers fellowship holders) and those who have passed the MPhil programme shall be exempted from the Ph.D entrance test and will be called for interview.
• Selected candidates can pay the admission fee for the programme at IIHMR University.
