Eligibility Criteria

Category 1 (CFTI):

GN/OBC (NCL)/EWS Indian national applicants: Minimum 7 CGPA on a 10-points scale or 70% marks in Bachelor’s degree of a minimum 4-year duration from any of the Centrally Funded Technical Institutions (CFTIs). Such candidates are exempted from the requirement of CAT.
SC/ST/PwD Indian national applicants: Minimum 6.5 CGPA on a 10-points scale or 65% marks in Bachelor’s degree of a minimum 4-year duration from any of the Centrally Funded Technical Institutions (CFTIs). Such candidates are exempted from the requirement of the CAT.

AND

All applicants must have studied Mathematics at +2 level (or equivalent).

Category 2(NON-CFTI):

Indian national applicants: A valid CAT score.

AND

Bachelor’s degree (of minimum 3-years duration) with
GN/OBC (NCL)/EWS Indian national applicants: Minimum of 6 CGPA on a 10- points scale or 60% marks.
SC/ST/PwD Indian national applicants: Minimum of 5.5 CGPA on a 10-points scale or 55% marks.

AND

All applicants must have studied Mathematics at +2 level (or equivalent).

Admission Details

A 5-year integrated Bachelor’s and Master’s degree would be considered equivalent to a 4-year Bachelor’s degree for the Admission process.
Those appearing for the final degree examination can also apply. The admission in such cases will be subject to their fulfilling the minimum eligibility criteria as stated above at the time of joining the program.
Foreign applicants/NRIs need to have a valid GMAT score. Foreign applicants/NRIs must have studied Mathematics at +2 level (or equivalent).

College Infrastructure

The infrastructure here is highly functional, with well-designed classrooms and cutting-edge labs. The library is spacious, with a good selection of books. However, the campus lacks sufficient recreational areas, and the canteen could offer a wider variety of food options to cater to diverse tastes.

The experience at IIT Mandi is good.

College Infrastructure

The college infrastructure is very good. All the labs are maintained and the hostels and mess food is also good. The beauty of the Himalayas is Amazing. This sis one of the most beautiful campuses in India.

College Infrastructure

Hostels are good, with all the basic amenities provided, Each Hostel is provided with Wifi whic offers decent internet Speed. Both South and North Campus of IIT Mandi has a Library, and sports facilities, and gym. The only concern may be the remote location of the Campus.
