IIT Mandi Placements 2025: Highest Package, Average Package, Top Recruiters

According to IIT Mandi placements 2024, 192 companies visited the campus for placements. 72.39% of B.Tech students were placed with median salary package of Rs 18.5 LPA. 92 B.Tech CSE students were placed with IIT Mandi CSE average salary package of Rs 26.55 LPA. Step 1: The IIT Mandi placement cell performs the duty of a negotiator and connects the interested candidates with the organisation by sending invitations to the placement drive along with the placement brochure to esteemed companies and organisations. 

Step 2: The organisations who show interest in the IIT Mandi Placement drive accept the invitation and confirm their active presence on the scheduled date of the drive. 

Step 3: The organisation will send the eligibility criteria required for the selection process, the designation of the candidate, CTC and other relevant details about the recruitment.

Step 4: The interested candidates will forward their resumes to the placement cell or directly to the organisation if they meet the required qualifications and other eligibility criteria. 

Step 5: The organisation will conduct various rounds like Personal Interviews, Group Discussions, Aptitude Tests, and Written Tests, to check the candidate's suitability for the post offered. 

Step 6: The candidates selected after clearing the interview process are hired by the organisation after meeting all the requirements.
