    MMU Ambala Admission Process

    Maharishi Markandeshwar University, Ambala offers admissions at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels. The MMU Ambala B.Arch admissions are based on the performance of the candidate in the JEE Mains Paper 2/ NATA. The MMU Ambala admissions to courses other than B.Arch are done based on the performance of the candidate in the qualifying examination.     The college offers B.B.A., B.Sc., B.Sc. (Hons.), B.Arch., B.C.A., B.A., B.Com.(Hons.), B.Pharm. The duration of the MMU Ambala UG courses lasts from 3 years to 6 years.

    B.B.A.

    The candidate must have passed 10+2 with at least 5 subjects including English as the main subject from a recognised board.

    B.Sc.

    The candidates must have passed 10+2 examinations with 5 subjects including English as one of the subjects from any recognised board with a minimum of 50% marks (5% relaxation for reserved category).

    B.Sc.(Hons.)

    The candidate should have passed the 10+2  examination from a recognised Board/University with 5 subjects including English as one of the subjects or an equivalent examination with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Mathematics or Agriculture stream with a minimum of 50% marks (5% relaxation for SC/ST categories).

    B.Arch.

    The candidates must have passed 10+2 with a minimum of 50% marks in PCM 

    Or

    3 years diploma after 10th in any stream recognised by the Central/State govt. with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks 

    Or

    An International Baccalaureate Diploma, after 10 years of schooling, with Maths as a compulsory subject and a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate.

    +NATA/ JEE Mains Paper 2.

    B.C.A.

    The candidate must have qualified 10+2 with English as a compulsory subject and passed Mathematics as one of the subjects at the Matriculation examination level with a minimum of 50% marks (5% relaxation for reserved category).

    B.A.

    The candidates should have passed 10+2  or equivalent in any stream from a recognised board with a minimum of 50% marks. (relaxation of 5% marks for ST/ST candidates)

    B.Com.(Hons.)

    The candidate must have 10+2 from any recognised Board/University with at least five subjects including English as one of the subjects with a minimum of 40% marks in Commerce Group or Non-Commerce Groups with Economics/Maths/Statistics as one of the subjects

    Or

    Diploma in Management or Commerce or Economics of 3 years after Matric Examination with a minimum of 50% marks.

    B.Pharm

    The Candidate should have passed 10+2  with a minimum of 45% marks (5% relaxation for reserved category)  with Physics, Chemistry, English, Mathematics and/ or Biology as optional subjects. 

    Or

    The candidate must have passed the Diploma examination with at least 45% marks (5% relaxation for reserved category), subject to vacancies in the First Year, in case the vacancies at lateral entry are exhausted.

    MMU Ambala B.Arch Admissions 

    • The candidate should meet the MMU Ambala B.Arch eligibility criteria. 

    • The candidates must appear and qualify for the NATA/ JEE Mains Paper 2. 

    • The merit list will be prepared based on the performance of the candidate in NATA/ JEE Mains Paper 2. 

    • Then the candidates must attend the counselling process.

    • The provisional admissions will be confirmed after verification of the documents and payment of the MMU Ambala fees.

    M.Sc.

    The candidate should have passed B.Sc. (Hons) in a relevant discipline from any recognised University with a minimum of 50% marks (45% in the case of the SC/ST category).

    Or 

    B.Sc. in full subjects with (Hons) in the relevant department from any recognised University with a minimum of 50% (45% in the case of SC/ST category) marks in aggregate of Hons examination. Or 

    B.Sc. with the concerned subject from any recognised University with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate.

    M.Arch.

    The candidate should have passed a B. Arch from any institute or University recognised by the Council of Architecture with a minimum of 50% marks.

    M.Pharm.

    The candidate should have passed B.Pharm. with a minimum of 55% marks (50% in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) in the qualifying Examination.

    M.A.

    The candidates must have graduated in any stream with English as a compulsory subject with a minimum of 45% marks in the qualifying exam.

    P.G.D.

    The candidate must have passed graduation from any recognised University.

    currently i am pursuing bachelors' of business administration. so the quality of teaching is overall good. faculties are supportive and they help in solving the doubts. we also have smartboards and projectors and soft skills classes where we learn and improve our body language, communication and fluency in English we also have viva and written tests to improve our paragraph writing.
