Rani Channamma University, Belagavi Admission 2026: Dates, Fees, Eligibility, Cutoff & Application Form

Rani Channamma University Admissions are offered to students who apply for admission by filling out the online application form. For RCUB UG admissions, the merit list of selected students is prepared on the basis of marks obtained by the students in their qualifying examinations. RCU Belagavi PG admissions are based on the scores secured in CUET PG and KCET examinations for the relevant courses.

For RCUB Doctoral admissions, students have to appear for an entrance exam conducted by the Rani Channamma University Belagavi, which is followed by a round of personal interviews. The merit list is prepared on the basis of the marks in the entrance exam and the performance in the interview. Rani Channamma University Application Process 2024

• Visit the official website of RCUB.

• Fill out the online application form from the website.

• Fill in all the required details and upload all the documents.

• Pay the RCUB application fee.

• Submit the application.

A total of 9 courses are offered by RCUB at the UG level. RCUB B.A and B.Sc. courses are offered across 2 specialisations, respectively.

RCUB UG Courses and Eligibility Criteria

• Eligible students must apply for admission by filling out the online application form. 

• Merit list for RCUB UG admissions is prepared on the basis of marks obtained by the students in their qualifying examination.

• Admissions are confirmed after the students get their documents verified and have paid their fees.

A total of 26 courses are offered at the PG level at RCUB. These courses are offered for a duration of 1 or 2 years ago. 

RCUB PG Courses and Eligibility Criteria

• Students seeking RCUB PG admissions must meet the eligibility criteria.

• Eligible candidates can apply by filling the online application form.

• Students will also have to apply for CUET-PG.

• Applicants will have to appear for CUET-PG that is conducted by NTA and secure valid marks.

• Shortlisted candidates will have to pay the fee and get their documents verified.

RCUB M.B.A Admission Process

• Interested candidates must fill the application form.

• Applicants seeking RCUB M.B.A admissions will have to appear for Karnataka PGCET.

• Candidates who clear the entrance exam will be shortlisted.

• Shortlisted candidates will be called for a round of counselling.

• The selected candidates will have to visit the campus for verification of documents and payment of RCUB fees.

RCUB Ph.D course is offered across 17 specialisations. These courses are offered for a duration of 5 to 6 years.

RCUB Ph.D Admission Process

• Candidates who meet the eligibility criteria can apply for RCUB Ph.D admissions.

• Applicants will have to appear for an entrance test conducted by the university.

• The candidates must secure at least 40% in the entrance test to be shortlisted.

• Shortlisted candidates will have to appear for a round of personal interviews.

• Merit list of the selected candidates will be prepared on the basis of marks obtained by students in the entrance, performance in the interview and the marks in the qualifying examination in the ratio 50:50.

• Final selected candidates will be called to the university for verification of documents and payment of RCUB fee.

Note: Foreign and sponsored candidates/ teachers on FIP or QIP/or candidates who have cleared UGC/UGC-CSIR JRF Test/NET/GATE/GRE are exempted from the entrance test.

Rani Channamma University: Required Documents

• Marksheets of all qualifying examinations.

• Passport size photographs.

• Caste Certificate, if applicable.

• PGCET Admit and scorecard.

• Migration Certificate

• Character Certificate from the institute last attended.
