Over 100 campus placement drives have been organised at various DSEU campuses, with the participation of companies such as Maruti, Bajaj Motors, LG, Sony, Infosys, Wipro, Deloitte, and many others. A total of 2500 job offers were made. Along with that, DSEU hosted a Job Utsav event, with over 26 companies and 1600 students participating. This event resulted in 1490 job offers being rolled out.

- 2553 job offers were rolled out through different placement activities
- 1063 students secured jobs through various campus drives
- Companies like Maruti, New Allenberry, and Bajaj have hired over 200 students from different campuses
- 94% of B. Tech program students who showed interest in campus placements were successful in securing a job
- The university's ultimate objective is to provide job placements for all interested students.
