National Institute of Siddha, Chennai provides undergraduate (UG), postgraduate (PG) and Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) courses in Siddha. NIS Chennai offers MS courses in some disciplines including Siddha Gunapadam, Siddha Maruthuvam, Siddha Kuzhandhai Maruthuvam, Siddha Noi Nadal, Siddha Pura Maruthuva, Siddhar Yoga Maruthuvam, Siddha Nanju Maruthuvam and MD Siddha Varma Maruthuvam. The UG course named ‘Siddha Medicine and Surgery (BSMS)’ was initiated from the academic Year 2022-23 onwards.

Candidates who have not studied Tamil will have to study Tamil as an additional subject during the 1st Professional BSMS session for 18 months. |
