The academics of the PGPHRM program are rigorous. It covers a wide range of HR, Strategy, etc. topics. Under HR it includes Human resources management subject to labor laws subjects to organizational behaviour

XLRI Jamshedpur boasts a beautiful and modern campus. As a current student in the PGPHRM course, I find the infrastructure to be top-notch, with well-equipped classrooms, high speed internet, and dedicated study spaces.
Campus Life
The campus hosts multiple events and activities throughout the year, including cultural festivals, events, and activities by Clubs. Multiple sports events are happening all over the year. College provides a great opportunity to relax, socialize, and network with peers.

Our professor are very helpful in nature .The course curriculum is updated with the college identifying industry needs and provides all type of education to make students industry ready.We would listen to a professor mentioning how they are teaching and guiding us would be have use to us once we start our intership.
College Infra
Xavier school of management situated in jamshedpur have library is one of the most extensively stocked libraries and has almost every book an MBA student need.There is a segregation and boys not allowed in the girls hostels .
Placements
Our college provides good opportunities for intership and placements.Around fifty companies from the different domains visited our college.Some of the famous recruiters are TCS, WIPRO,HUL, FLIPKART AND. AMAZON.The highest salary packages in my time was 20 lpa.

The courses provided to us are also very beneficial. It is enough for a student to grow. The courses keep updating as per the requirements. There are research papers included in the course. I would highly recommend.
College Infra
The infrastructure of the college is really good. The buildings are quite well maintained and very spacious. The faculty are very supportive and gives you the perfect support required to grow in future.
Placements
The placement structure is quite good and competitive. we need to go through a lot of processes to get placed. However, the placements we get from the college is outstanding. It is totally worth it. Highly recommended.
