There are four departmental libraries and a Central library for meeting the needs of students, faculty members, research scholars and academicians. The central library has the latest version of SOUL 2.0, fully-automated, physical security surveillance and more. The library has 6,000+ e-journals, 1,64,000+ e-books, 130+ shodhganga resources and other e-databases.

Hostel facilities are separate for boys and girls. The hostels have all the basic facilities like electricity, gym and more at affordable rates.

Hostels offer Wi-Fi facility with the accommodating capacity for 600 people at a time. The hostels have installed wardens for the safety and security of students.

This university has well-equipped gyms in the hostels for the students to work on their physique, especially those who are involved in sports.

Outdoor sports facilities include cricket, hockey, football, handball, volleyball, tennis volleyball, lawn tennis, wrestling and more. Indoor games facilities include chess, badminton, table tennis, carrom b board and more. The total plinth area is 4,88,899 sq. feet.

The guest house has a common dining hall and 10 rooms out of which six are air-conditioned and the remaining four rooms are air-cooled. All rooms have coloured television with Cable TV networking facilities.

The parent institution, Gandhi Vidya Mandir, runs a hospital named as Shri Bhanwar Lal Dugar Ayurved Vishwa Bharti. Continuous health monitoring, emergency services, immediate facilities and timely medical check-ups are offered to students.

This institute has a branch of Punjab National Bank for offering banking services to the students. This is provided for making transactions easy between students and guardians.

Laboratories are divided on the basis of various departments to carry out experiments through theoretical knowledge.

IASE Churu offers an excellent IT infrastructure facility like LAN connectivity and Wi-Fi availability. The institute has EDUSAT and well-equipped computer lab with Hi-Tech computers and broadband facilities.

IASE Churu has a LAN facility in every classroom and unlimited Wi-Fi availability under the MEICT project since 2003.

The training and placement cell has been established to develop a strong framework for a rewarding and professional career. The T & P cell of the institution provides pre-placement training to the students.
