JUET Guna Admission 2026: Dates, Fees, Eligibility, Cutoff & Application Form

Jaypee University of Engineering and Technology (JUET), Guna offers admission to undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral-level courses. Candidates must ensure that they meet the JUET Guna eligibility criteria before applying for JUET Guna admissions 2025. JUET Guna B.Tech admission 2025 is offered based on JEE Main scores or marks obtained in class 12th. 

Candidates desirous of taking JUET Guna M.Tech admissions 2025 must note that they need to appear for GATE appropriate to the discipline of their qualifying degree. Jaypee University of Engineering And Technology, Guna offers 13 undergraduate programmes. JUET Guna courses at the UG level include B.Tech (Fresh as well as Lateral Entry). JUET Guna B.Tech Admission Process 2025

• Candidates must meet the eligibility criteria for JUET Guna admission to B.Tech and B.Tech Lateral Entry programmes.

• Next, eligible candidates should complete the JUET Guna B.Tech application. 

• Candidates can get JUET Guna B.Tech admissions 2025 through two modes only- valid JEE Main scores and merit basis (marks obtained in 10+2 examination).

• For JUET Guna, 50% of seats shall be filled through JEE Main All India Rank and the remaining 50% of seats shall be filled through counselling on the basis of merit drawn based on marks of the 10+2 examination.

• JUET Guna B.Tech admission 2025 for Lateral Entry programmes is offered based on the marks obtained in the qualifying examination

• There will be separate counselling for JEE Main qualified students and students who want admission through marks obtained in the 10+2 examination.

Jaypee University of Engineering and Technology, Guna offers a total of nine postgraduate programmes. The postgraduate courses offered by JUET Guna are M.Tech and M.Sc. The duration of the M.Tech and M.Sc programmes is 2 years. The JUET Guna M.Tech eligibility criteria is that Candidates should hold B.E./B.Tech. degree in an appropriate branch with at least 60% marks aggregate from any recognised university. Meanwhile, the JUET Guna M.Sc. eligibility criteria is that candidates must have passed  B.Sc. inappropriate subjects from any recognised university.

JUET Guna M.Tech Admission Process 2025

• First, candidates must meet the eligibility criteria and then apply for JUET Guna M.Tech admission.

• Eligible candidates must fill the JUET Guna M.Tech application form and pay the application fee.

• For JUET Guna M.Tech admissions 2025, candidates have to appear for GATE. In the case of non-GATE qualified candidates, the university will conduct a Post Graduate Entrance Test (PGET) for offering M.Tech admission.

• Candidates are selected for JUET Guna M.Tech admissions 2025 based on their performance in GATE or PGET examination.

• Last, candidates must verify their documents and pay the JUET Guna admission fees.

JUET Guna M.Sc Admission Process 2025

• Candidates need to fulfil the eligibility criteria for JUET Guna M.Sc. admission.

• Eligible candidates have to fill the JUET Guna application form on the university official website.

• Then, candidates who have passed the qualifying exam should provide marks of the qualifying exam along with the application form and attach a photocopy of the marks sheet.  

• A merit will be drawn for JUET Guna M.Sc admissions 2025, on the basis of marks of qualifying examination results.

• Later, selected candidates will be offered provisional admission subject to the production of eligibility certificates and deposition of the academic fee.

Jaypee University of Engineering and Technology, Guna offers nine doctoral-level programmes. The doctoral-level courses offered by JUET Guna include Ph.D in nine specialisations. The course duration of JUET Guna PhD courses is 6 years. The JUET Guna PhD eligibility criteria is that candidates must hold an M.Tech degree or equivalent for Ph.D in Engineering/Technology in the respective branch with 55% aggregate marks or CGPA not less than 6 on a scale of 10.

JUET Guna Ph.D Admission Process 2025

• Meeting the eligibility criteria is the first step in the JUET Guna Ph.D admission process

• Next, eligible candidates must fill the application form and pay the application fee.

• Candidates have to appear for a Ph.D Entrance Test conducted by the university followed by a personal interview.

• Then, candidates who have qualified in GATE/UGC NET/SLET/UGC CSIR NET (JRF) or equivalent national-level examinations are exempted from the Ph.D Entrance Test conducted by the university and have to attend interviews.

• Based on the performance of candidates in the entrance test, they will be notified for the interview round. 

• During the interview, candidates have to discuss their research interest/area through a presentation before a duly constituted Department Research Committee.

• The last step includes verification of documents and JUET Guna admission fee payment.
