PES University, Bangalore Admission Process
PES University Bangalore provides admission to undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral programmes. PES University admissions to B.Tech courses are through JEE Main scores. Upto 10% of seats are reserved for KCET students paying PESU JEE Mains Fee. UCEED scores are accepted for PES Univesity B.Des admissions.
CAT, CMAT, MAT, GMAT, Karnataka PGCET scores are accepted for PES University admissions to MBA course. B.Tech Electronics and Communication Engineering - Batch of 2009-01-01
Academics
Many teachers are Ph.D. holders and are very experienced. Exams are conducted very strictly, and you can get good marks if you study from the first day. 40% is the pass percentage. We will have two internals and one end-of-semester exam. In the first year, you can take a total of 24 credits, and in subsequent years, you can have a maximum of 22 credits.
College Infra
Wi-fi is excellent. Labs have good computers. Classrooms are clean and have good lighting effects. The library has many books. The good part is that they allow us to borrow for many days, and the penalty is less for late submissions. Every odd semester we have fest, and every even semester we have sports intra-college competitions.
Placements
98% of students get placed. The lowest package is INR 6 LPA, the highest package is around INR 25 LPA, and the average package is INR 13 LPA. The top recruiting companies are Cisco and Amazon. There will be a 2-month summer break to do internships. Around 75% of students take internships.
