RTU placement cell helps the students to get their dream job in reputed companies by the end of their specific programme. According to NIRF 2024 data, a total of 349 out of 544 graduating students received RTU placement offers in 2023. The median salary offered for 4-year UG students at RTU Kota was Rs 4.18 Lakhs while the RTU Kota median salary offered to PG students was Rs 3.83 Lakhs.

The RTU placement cell has invited several companies like ICICI, Canara Band, JK Cement, Infosys, Accenture and so on from diverse sectors for the RTU Kota placement drive 2024. The RTU placement cell makes sure that the drive runs smoothly.

RTU Kota Placement Procedure

The RTU placement cell sends invites to the top companies from various industries for the RTU placement drive.
The invitation is accepted by several recruiters as they confirm their participation in the RTU placement drive.
Candidates interested in participating in the recruitment drive need to register for the RTU Kota placement process and submit the required documents to be used during the recruitment process.
On the dates decided by the recruiters and the placement cell, companies visit the campus and conduct a pre-placement discussion to make students aware of the company and the company’s requirements.
In order to get selected, students must qualify for different written exams, personal interviews and HR interviews conducted by recruiters.
Finally, applicants who qualify for all the selection tests, Group Discussion (GD) and Personal Interview (PI) are chosen and offered jobs.

My college provides good placements with 80% of students getting placed . The highest package is 15 LPA. The lowest package offered in my course is 2.5 LPA. Top recruiting companies are highly interested in my course. About 60% of students got internships at different companies.

About 40 percent of students were placed in the B.tech CSE course. The highest package offered was 5 L. P. A. , the average was 2-3 L. P. A. And the lowest was 80 thousands per annum. Top companies like TCS. Nestle. Eastern Trading companies. ERC. Axis Bank etc. Recruits student. About 40 to 50 percent got internship in TCS and Nestle. Our course played important role in exploring practical knowledge of the subject which helped us in placement interviews

RTU’s placement scene is decent. Companies do visit, but it’s essential to be proactive. Attend workshops, hone your skills, and network. The annual placement drive is like a carnival exciting but once a year. If you’re persistent, you’ll find opportunities.

Can i get direct admission in rtu kota with CSE branch or IT ,I am from ST category .I got 71% in 12th board and I got 44 percentile in jee mains my category rank is 10308 and I have qualified jee advance also.

As per your rank and considering that you are from st category you have fair chances to get cse branch in RTU kota .

However there may be slight chances for the cut offs to be varied depending upon certain factors such as number of candidates appearing
