GGSIPU Delhi Facilities

Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU), Delhi not only strives to provide quality education to its students, but it also offers a wide range of other facilities that aid in the overall growth of an individual. GGSIPU facilities help students to work efficiently while living their life more comfortably on the premises. Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University facilities ensure that the students and the faculty have the best resources at their disposal.

GGSIPU facilities also include modern lecture halls, canteens, playgrounds, an array of sports facilities, library, playground, hostels, auditorium, laboratories, xerox facility, and IT infrastructure among various other things at GGSIPU, Delhi.

Boys Hostel
There are separate hostels for boys for accommodation purposes. These hostels are well-equipped with all the facilities that a student will need like bathrooms, toilets, mess, etc. Guest rooms are also available.
Girls Hostel
There are separate hostels for girls for accommodation purposes. These hostels are well-equipped with all the facilities that a student will need like bathrooms, toilets, mess, etc. Guest rooms are also available.
Library
The students and faculty members get to utilise the enriched resources present in the library of the GGSIPU campus. Students can access Grammarly premium, National Digital Library (NDL), e-books, e-journals, etc. You can also get your hands on a lot of print material from SpringerLink, Springer Nature, McGraw Hill, Pearson, Bloomsbury, etc.
Sports
There are a lot of sports amenities and resources available at GGSIPU. You can choose from a variety of games and sports like cricket, volleyball, football, basketball, powerlifting, body lifting, table tennis, yoga, arm wrestling, bodybuilding, badminton, lawn tennis, etc. for both men and women. The GGSIPU facilities include several playgrounds where students can enjoy and play during their leisure time. There are basketball football grounds where students can have a match or play for fun. There is a volleyball court too.
I.T Infrastructure
The University has excellent IT Infrastructure facility for the students.
Laboratories
The University has departmental based laboratories facility for the students.
Medical/Hospital
The health centre at GGSIPU is well-equipped with first-aid and common aid medication. It is managed by a qualified medical officer.
Guest Room/Waiting Room
The University has guest house/waiting room facilities for visiting faculty and student family members.
Cafeteria
The Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University facilities offer a canteen that provides students with some amazing delicacies to cater to their nutritional needs and satisfy their hunger.

College Infrastructure

The infrastructure at ggsipu for MSC in natural resources management is top notch. The university has with modern buildings and well equipped classrooms. The department of environmental science has its own building with specialised labs for research and experimentation. The campus has also wifi facility, auditorium and sports facilities. The university has a strong focus on sustainability and has implemented many green initiatives on campus.

My overall experience ishighly satisfactory and great.

College Infrastructure

The college infrastructure is really great. All the washrooms are working. The Placement can be best described as Average at this point, but it is slowly improving with more of the alumni rising into prominence in the corporate world.

College Infrastructure

The college is fully air conditioned, and there is a good space for parking, a large seminar hall, and a two-storey library- one for books and other with computer systems. The classrooms and labs are spacious, and the entire college is supported with free Wi-Fi. The classrooms have both green board and whiteboards for smart classes.
