    Study In India (SII) Scholarship programme is a flagship project. It is introduced by the Ministry of Education (MoE), Government of India.

    Indian Council For Cultural Relations Scholarship

    Indian Council for Cultural Relations administers numerous scholarship programmes each year, providing over 3000 scholarships to international students from about 180 countries under 21 different schemes.

    This scholarship is given in memory of HITS Founder and Chairman Dr. K.C.G. Verghese. 


    It offers aid to adopted schools, local residents and it provides 100 Scholarships worth of Rs. 50 Lakhs every year. 

    Merit ScholarshipThe top scorers in 10+2 from any School, Boards, Subjects, Centum Scorers, Class Toppers at HITS, Batch Toppers, and UG Rank Holders and Proficiency Prize holders are awarded scholarship to pursue their higher studies at HITS.

    Scholarships are awarded to meritorious students with high scores who are financially challenged to meet their educational needs at HITS.

    Hindustan Loyalty Scholarship

    This scholarship is available for the Alumni of the Hindustan Group of Institutions. Allocation of Scholarship is subject to norms and the scrutiny of the scholarship committee.

    Covid Martyrs Scholarship

    Under this new scholarship scheme, wards of Covid Martyrs who have lost their lives protecting our countrymen during the Covid Pandemic will be offered complete Tuition Fee waiver in the discipline of their choice, having met the basic norms, such as marks in qualifying exams.

    Covid Frontline Warrior Scholarship

    This scheme is introduced for the wards of Doctors, Healthcare professionals, Government and Service personnel who have participated in protecting countrymen during the Covid pandemic.

    Hindustan Institute of Technology and Science (HITS), Chennai offers admission to diploma, undergraduate and postgraduate programmes. Hindustan University B.Tech admission is based on an online entrance exam - HITSEEE. For Hindustan University B.Arch admission, candidates have to appear for NATA. Hindustan University admission to BBA LLB Hons and BA LLB Hons is done through CLAT or LSAT. 

    HITS Chennai admission to M.Tech, M.Arch and M.Plan is done based on an entrance test followed by group discussions and a personal interview conducted by Hindustan University.     • Candidates have to meet the eligibility criteria for Hindustan University BTech admission.

    • Eligible candidates need to register online for the Hindustan Institute of Technology and Science Engineering Entrance Examination (HITSEEE) and submit the HITSEEE application form before the last date. 

    • Next, candidates have to appear for the online entrance exam- HITSEEE.

    • The result is released in the form of a rank list. The HITSEEE cutoff is the minimum marks that candidates need to score to qualify in the exam and be eligible for securing an engineering seat in the institute.

    • Based on the entrance examination score and marks in the qualifying examination, a rank list is prepared for Hindustan University admission into B.Tech programmes. 

    • Further, the authorities conduct the HITSEEE counselling in online mode for qualified candidates. The rank secured by candidates and the preferences filled during choice filling shall be considered by the authorities for the allotment of seats.

    • The final admission is done after verification of documents and payment of the Hindustan University admission fees.

    Hindustan University BArch Admission Process 2025

    • Candidates aspiring for Hindustan University B.Arch admission must meet the required eligibility criteria.

    • Then, eligible candidates have to register and appear for NATA.

    • The rank list is released by the authorities based on candidates' performance in NATA.

    • Candidates whose names are on the rank list are only eligible for the counselling process.

    • Further, shortlisted candidates have to participate in the counselling process conducted by HITS.

    • Hindustan University admission to the undergraduate programmes in arts and science is based on the merit of the previous qualifying exam.

    • Candidates are shortlisted based on the merit of the qualifying examination and such candidates shall be eligible for the further admission procedure.

    • Later, shortlisted candidates have to get their documents verified and pay the requisite fee in order to confirm the Hindustan University admission.

    Hindustan University LLB Admission Process 2025

    • For the Hindustan University LLB admission procedure, candidates have to fulfil the eligibility criteria.

    For Hindustan University admission to PGD, MBA, MCA, MSc and MA English Language Communication programmes, candidates must fulfil the eligibility criteria.

    • Next, candidates need to fill out the application form and pay the HITS application fee.

    • Admission to the postgraduate programmes in arts and science is offered based on the merit of the past qualifying exam which is the aggregate percentage in the graduation of the relevant subjects.

    • Candidates are shortlisted based on the merit of the qualifying exam and such candidates shall be eligible for the further admission procedure.

    • Later, candidates should get all their required documents verified and pay the admission fee in order to confirm Hindustan University admission.

    Viscom department has good labs where we get hands on experience on audio production and even got a photograph and green mat studio where you get to experience and practice in latest tech stuffs related to the course and computer lab as well Other than the course the college is completely clean even in rainy days it looks really nice with all the trees around clean and neat has a huge library where you might or might not find what you need food canteen food is great but would recommend to bring your own food class rooms are clean and well
