see both of the college is good in terms of placement , infrastructure, experienced faculty, curriculum, however I WOULD PREFER IFTM university moradabad over teerthankar university since it is a old university which is established on 1996, state owned, ugc approved and naac b accredited, also college provide placement

Yes, IFTM University, Moradabad offers Bachelor of Science in Biotechnology which is a three years full time undergraduate program approved by UGC.
