The hostels at LPU have 24/7 security and surveillance, providing the safety and security of students. The hostel rooms provided to the students are well furnished with all necessary requirements such as fan, light, wardrobes, chairs, bed and table.
Medical/Hospital
LPU Phagwara has a 24-hour 30-bed hospital which is staffed with resident medical officers, medical lab, dieticians and physiotherapists. They perform various medical and administrative duties to improve the quality of care for the students. They provide a range of services to the students from first aid to routine checkups.
Gym
The Gym facility at LPU for hosteller students is provided with subsidised Charges (if opted yearly along with the hostel). Students can join the facility every year. Gym helps the students maintain their physical health.
Laboratories
The university has Labs and workshop facilities that are available till late hours for practising. The laboratories are well equipped with all the types of equipment that are required for the students in their practical purpose.

College Infrastructure

The college's infrastructure is impressive to behold, with well-equipped classrooms featuring Wi-Fi, projectors, and air conditioning, and a spacious library stocked with essential resources for every student. A shopping mall, multiple food courts, a gym and a swimming pool add convenience and recreation, while hostel rooms offer ample options and comfort. The mess though, could be better.

College Infrastructure

As a student of Lovely Professional University, I can confidently say that the infrastructure is one of the strongest aspects of the university and has a direct positive impact on daily academic and campus life. The campus is extremely large and well planned. Initially, it takes some time to get used to the size, but once familiar, movement becomes smooth due to proper roads, signboards, and internal transport facilities. The academic blocks are modern and spacious, with smart classrooms that include projectors, digital boards, and comfortable seating, which makes learning more interactive. Laboratories are well equipped, especially for engineering and computer science courses. Most labs have updated systems, required software, and proper internet connectivity, which helps in practical learning and project work. The central library is another major highlight. It provides a quiet study environment, a wide collection of books, and access to digital resources and journals, which is very useful during exams and assignments. Hostel infrastructure is good and meets student needs. Rooms are decent, with options ranging from basic to premium accommodations. Facilities like Wi-Fi, laundry, common rooms, and regular maintenance make hostel life comfortable. Security is also strict, which ensures safety, especially at night. Sports and recreational infrastructure is excellent. Hope you're doing well.

I think chandigarh university is better than lovely professional university, as, it has better placements. The median salary for a btech graduate from CU is around 4.5 LPA while for LPU, it's around 3.5 LPA. Also, the rank of chandigarh university is higher.
