The eligibility criteria to get admission to M.A Linguistics and Language Technology a candidate must have passed Bachelor‘s Degree in Major/Honours in Linguistics/English/any other allied Subject with minimum 45% marks from a recognized board. If candidate does not have Major or Honours degree in the above mentioned subjects then he/she must have passed in the above mentioned subjects with minimum 50% marks from a recognized board. As you do not fulfill the eligibility criteria you are not eligible to get admission in the preferred course in Tezpur University.

As per your query , i would like to inform you that for taking admission tezpur university in btech , you must have appeared in jee mains exam and scored a good rank in it . Admission in tez university is given based on the rank appeared in jee mains , since tezpur university have very high nirf ranking , you should holds good rank in jee mains.  For eligibilty you should have atleast 60 percent marks in your 10+2 in PCM as compuslory subject .

I would like to tell you that at this rank you holds very low chances to get admission into tezpur university . Tezpur University is a Central University offering  UG, PG, Ph.D., Diploma and Certificate courses in various departments in many disciplines and  specializations. the application form has not been released yet for BA course.The college will release complete schedule for admission in last week of February.

To opt for MA Sociology you need to have graduation in any stream from a recognized university and you should have 50-55% of marks aggregate in graduation level.In addition to this you need to pass 10+2 level examination.These are the basic requirments to opt for MA Sociology in Tezpur University.

TUEE (tezpur university entrance exam ) is conducted for various branches and courses. the exam is of two hours with maximum marks 100.  The question paper consists of Multiple choice questions (MCQs ) as well as some descriptive questions. MCQs are of 60 marks and rest 40 marks are covered by the descriptive questions.
