B.Optometry	Inter-se merit of AIAHCET	Candidates must be an Indian National, NRVPiO, or FN. Proof of Nationality can be obtained from a District Magistrate, Additional Magistrate, or Metropolitan Magistrate. Candidates should have completed 17 years of age on or before December 31 of that year. Candidates must have passed class 12 or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Mathematics, and English subjects and must have secured a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate (45% marks for reserved category). Alternatively, candidates who have passed the Minimum Competency Vocational Course (MCVC) from a recognized board are also eligible, with consideration given to overall marks.	50
M.Optometry	Inter-se merit of AIAHCET	Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Optometry or an equivalent program and must have obtained a minimum of 50% marks. The degree should be obtained from an Indian University that is a member of the Association of Schools and Colleges of Optometry (ASCO), India, and Optometry Council of India (OCI). Foreign student category applicants must have completed a Bachelor's degree in Optometry (B. Optom) or an equivalent course. The degree should be from a University that is an affiliate member of the World Council of Optometry (WCO) and/or is recognized by a competent educational body, such as a national council or association in the candidate's country of origin or the Association of Indian Universities (AIU). Candidates should have reached the age of 22 years as of December 31 in the year of admission to be eligible for the program.	14
