IIM Bangalore Scholarship

Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Bangalore provides financial support to the students by providing several scholarships to the students. As per IIM Bangalore scholarship policy, all the students who have an annual household income of less than Rs 6,00,000 can apply for scholarships and financial aid. In addition, students who encounter severe financial difficulties because of sudden unforeseen circumstances are also eligible to apply for Indian Institute of Management Bangalore scholarships and financial aid. Students who have excellent academic records can also apply for IIM Bangalore scholarships. The tenure and scholarship amount vary for each scholarship.

The approval of financials is a two-step process at IIM Bangalore. The first step involves giving scores to students based on their - annual gross household income, real estate assets, household savings, and other assets. The students are called for a personal interaction based on the score. The faculty evaluates the financial needs of students and the genuineness of details that student has provided in the application form. Based on the average of the score given after reviewing the application form and the score given during interaction, the applicants are provided 20 percent, 40 percent, 60 percent, 80 percent, or 100 percent financial aid.

Indian Institute of Management Bangalore admissions are provided to MBA and Ph.D programmes in the field of management. IIM Bangalore MBA admissions are based on the CAT examination, while admission to Ph.D programme is done based on GMAT/GRE/CAT/GATE/JRF(NET) scores, or IIMB Test scores.

Admission to the BBA programme is based on the IIM DBE Entrance Exam. As per the IIM Bangalore admission process, candidates are shortlisted for the Written Ability Test (WAT) and Personal Interview (PI).

MBA	Candidates must register for the CAT examination. Select the IIM Bangalore programme you wish to apply for while registering for CAT examination and select the interview city preference. Pay the CAT application fees of Rs 2,500 (Rs 1,250 for SC/ST/PwD candidates). Appear for the CAT examination and score eligible marks. Candidates will be shortlisted for further admission process on the basis of CAT scores and scholastic achievement. The details of shortlisted candidates will be released by the IIM Bangalore.
EPGP/PGPEM	Candidates must appear for GMAT/GRE examination. Apply for the EPGP programme through the application form released on the official website of IIM Bangalore. Fill in the details required and give the details of the entrance test score you appeared for, i.e GMAT or GRE. Select the city preference for the interview process. Upload the SOP and category certificate (if applicable). Pay the application fees of Rs 3,000 and submit the application form.
Ph.D	Candidates must appear for GMAT/GRE/CAT/GATE/UGC-CSIR NET/IIMB Test. Candidates can use only one of the above test scores while applying for Ph.D admissions. Candidates wishing to appear for IIMB Test need to pay a test fee of Rs 1,200. Candidates must apply through the application form released on the official website of IIM Bangalore. Candidates may apply for one or two areas of specialisation (primary and secondary). Upload the documents required and pay the application fees. The application fees for specialisation in one area is Rs 1,000, while for two areas is Rs 1,500.
