SOIL Institute of Management Gurgaon provides admission to postgraduate-level courses. SOIL Gurgaon courses at the PG level include PGDM, PGPM and PGPM HR. Candidates are required to hold a bachelor’s degree from a recognised university.

SOIL Institute of Management PGDM Admission Process
First, candidates are required to meet the minimum SOIL Gurgaon PGDM eligibility criteria.
Eligible candidates have to appear for the entrance exam- GMAT/CAT/XAT/MAT.
For SOIL Gurgaon admission to the PGDM course, candidates need to submit the online application form.
In the application form candidates must mention his/her past academic record, extracurriculars and hobbies, entrance exam score (if taken) and upload documents.
Based on the candidates' application forms, the SOIL Institute of Management shortlists candidates.
Candidates who qualified the entrance exam have to appear for a personal interview. Interviews with short-listed candidates will be conducted by a faculty member and a senior member of the industry.
Final decision for admission will be emailed to all candidates within four weeks of taking the interview.
Admission is confirmed only after verification of documents and SOIL Gurgaon admission fee payment.
SOIL Institute of Management PGPM Admission Process
Candidates should fulfill the SOIL Gurgaon PGPM BL eligibility criteria.
Valid scores in CAT/NMAT/GMAT/XAT in all these areas are also considered for admission, the institute also adds SNAP scores towards the end.
Submit an online application form by visiting the official website of SOIL.
Complete the SOIL Talent Appreciation Test (STAT) which is an assessment that helps to understand the leadership potential and strengths of a candidate’s personality.
An assessment will be conducted to understand life goals and chart the desired career path. This will be done usually 1 hour before the interview.
After qualifying the entrance exam, candidates have to appear for the interview process.
Candidates can expect to get a decision on the shortlist within four weeks of submitting their application and two weeks of taking the STAT.
Interviews with shortlisted candidates will be conducted by a faculty member and a senior member of the industry.
Final decisions will be emailed to all candidates within four weeks of taking the interview.
Once the candidate makes an offer to join the PGPM programme, they will be required to secure a place by paying the course fee.

Academic curriculum is well updated with Aictc norms and they make sure that they teach their students what are the recent industry trends. Faculty is always welcoming whenever you need them and the quality of teaching is also good.
College Infra
College is build in the heart of gurgaon and has all the required facilities like wifi-enabled campus, smartboards in every classroom etc. The living spaces are also maintained nicely and they have a good collection of books in the library.
Placements
Placements at Soil are good and the average package offered was 11 LPA to the 2023 batch and the highest package was 22 LPA. Companies like Genpact, Accenture, Deliotte etc come here for hiring process.
