MBA	IIMA MBA admissions are based on CAT examination. Select the IIM Ahmedabad programme you wish to apply for while registering for CAT examination and select the interview city preference. Pay the CAT application fees of Rs 2,500 (Rs 1,250 for SC/ST/PwD candidates). Appear for the CAT examination and score eligible marks. Candidates will be shortlisted for further AWT and PI rounds. The details of shortlisted candidates will be released by the IIM Ahmedabad.
PGPx	IM Ahmedabad PGPx admissions are based on GMAT/GRE examination. After clearing the GMAT/GRE examination apply for the PGPx programme from the official website. Fill in the academic and personal details required and pay the application fees. The list of shortlisted candidates will be released by IIMA on the official website.
Ph.D	Candidates must appear for GMAT/GRE/CAT/GATE/UGC-CSIR NET examination in the subject . Candidates can use only one of the above test scores while applying for Ph.D admissions. Candidates must apply through the application form released on the official website of IIM Ahmedabad. Candidates can apply for maximum two areas of specialisation. Pay the application fees of Rs 500 (Rs 250 for reserved candidates).

IIM Ahmedabad admission to its PG programme is done in the course of MBA of 2-year duration. IIMA MBA admissions also offers a specialisation in Food and Agribusiness Management.

Candidates are called for WAT and PI on the basis of minimum percentile in CAT examination.
Further, students have to appear for an Written Ability Test and Personal Interview.

Syllabus includes so much of practical studies in form of debates, group discussions, presentations, case studies etc. Professors are very kind and well experienced in field of corporate as well as academics.

College Infra

IIM ahmedabad is having world class infrastructure. Classrooms are very good and arrangement in class is very good for participative study and presentation. Library is very huge and having so many useful books.

Placements

Placement is very much good with 100% placement rate. The highest salary offered is 1.4 Cr. Avearage salary is 44 LPA. Placement cell and committee is very supportive and made placement process very smooth and easy as well.

Academics

For my course first two semesters the teaching faculty was average and the classes were also not held daily. But fir the final year both the teaching faculty and daily schedule are so good and organized professionally .

College Infra

The overall infrastructure of the college is good , the hostel is available for the non local students , the facilities in the hostels are also good . Good drinking water , air conditioner for the students .

Placements

The placements were also okay . But the internships were not offered to all the students . The placements process also bit tricky in my opinion , the college is not much responsible in the placements matter .
