Faculty provide live projects and group assignments which not only help in learning but also in practice of the concepts in real business scenarios. Faculty members are sincerely concerned about student development and thus, they remain a source of guidance all through the program.

College Infra

The infrastructure of SOIL is very up-to-date and well-maintained. Classrooms have all the necessary equipment and amenities like smart facilities, proper seating, and good lighting that are suitable for learning. One can also get easily access to a library, cafeteria, and open spaces for group discussions as the campus has these things and is vibrant and student-friendly.

Placements

Almost 95% of PDPM/PGPM students at SOIL get placed every year. The highest salary package mostly ranges up to 12 LPA, whereas the lowest package is around 4 LPA. The average package is quite good for the majority of students. Some of the major companies like Deloitte, KPMG, HCL, Nestlé, Infosys, Airtel, and Colgate-Palmolive come to campus for recruitment.

Academics

Academic curriculum is well updated with Aictc norms and they make sure that they teach their students what are the recent industry trends. Faculty is always welcoming whenever you need them and the quality of teaching is also good.

College Infra

College is build in the heart of gurgaon and has all the required facilities like wifi-enabled campus, smartboards in every classroom etc. The living spaces are also maintained nicely and they have a good collection of books in the library.

Placements

Placements at Soil are good and the average package offered was 11 LPA to the 2023 batch and the highest package was 22 LPA. Companies like Genpact, Accenture, Deliotte etc come here for hiring process.

School of inspired leadership is a good institute for pursuing PGDM program.

It has individual development program which generally focus on career development programs.

It is known for providing highly personalized experience to the students.

The placement records are also good there.
