Yes, you might get a WATPI/ GDPI call from IIM Shillong and MDI Gurgaon at 98.2 percentile in the CAT. However, getting an Interview call also depends upon various other factors such as Class 10, Class 12, Graduation scores, work experience, academic and gender diversity, etc. along with the CAT

180 seats are available for MBA admission at IIM Shillong. CAT scores are used by IIM Shillong to screen MBA candidates. For each of the three categories, the CAT sectional percentile was 75.

How good is the profile 95/78/84 for IIMs for getting into consulting or banking shortlists during placements? Is it average or below average?

Well, it seems that you have a good profile.
Though academics is not the only things considered in an IIM. You need to have Extra-curricular, and co-curricular activities. Also a good diverse profile is a plus point in any good B-school.
