IIIT Kottayam B.Tech Admission Process
Candidates are required to register for JEE Main and appear for the entrance exam.
Candidates must pass JEE Main and clear the required cutoff.
After qualifying for JEE Main, candidates must apply for counselling at the respective JoSAA/ CSAB.
During counselling, candidates must list their preferred college and the B.Tech course.
Seats are allotted to candidates to the institute based on meeting the IIIT Kottayam JEE Main cutoff. After seat allotment, candidates must get their documents verified and pay the fee to confirm admission.

IIIT Kottayam Ph.D Admission Process
Students need to apply to the institute's online admission portal and submit the required details.
Admission to the Ph.D programme at IIIT Kottayam is based on merit and performance in the entrance test and interview.
The institute will call the selected students for an entrance test. The students who will pass the entrance test will have to appear in a personal interview.
The final result will include the candidate's merit, their performance in tests, and their interview performance.

College Infra
The permanent campus of IIIT Kottayam is situated in the serene area of Valavoor, Kottayam. The campus is still developing but includes essential facilities such as well-equipped labs, classrooms, a library, hostels. Since it is a newer institution, some infrastructure aspects might still be in progress, but there has been consistent development.
Classrooms and Hostels are equipped with high-speed internet connectivity. Many classrooms have smart boards and projectors.
