Indian Institute of Technology Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi offers a variety of scholarships to students. IIT BHU scholarships are offered to meritorious students based on their annual family income. Students whose annual family income is less than Rs. 4,50,000 per annum (varies for SC/ST students) are eligible to apply for IIT BHU scholarships. Merit-cum-means Scholarship, Endowment Scholarship etc. are some of the scholarships offered by IIT BHU. As per the scholarship policy of the college, students who meet the eligibility criteria of a Indian Institute of Technology BHU scholarship are offered tuition fee waiver, hostel fee waiver etc. The amount of fee waiver is different for each programme.
1. Merit-cum-means Scholarship: This is offered to 25% of their undergraduate students based on their merit and performance. It is offered to all students with good and outstanding academic performance.
2. Endowment Scholarship: IIT BHU offers endowment scholarship to its students. For UG students belonging to SC/ST category, other facilities are also provided in the form of institute fee studentship, reimbursement of mess charges and pocket allowances to them.
3. IIT BHU Scholarship for M. Tech/M. Pharm: All students admitted to M. Tech/M. Pharm are provided financial assistance equivalent to Junior Research Fellowship.
4. Junior/ Senior Research Fellowship: The institute offers many Junior /Senior Research Fellowship to students admitted to PhD programmes and efforts are made largely to offer scholarship to eligible candidates admitted to PhD Programmes.
For merit-cum-means scholarship general students must have a CGPA of 8 and above, whereas for OBC the required CGPA is 7, for SC/ST it is 5 and sometimes CGPA is not required for SC/ST category for availing scholarships.

IIT BHU has four different for M. Pharmacy which are Pharmaceutics, Pharmaceutical chemistry, Pharmacology and Pharmacognosy so they declared cutoff ranks according to your marks for each category every year cutoff changes due to various factors.They called 7 times more number students for counseling than the total seat available there.some application also get rejected because of not having gpat score and lack of eligibility so they create chance for other candidates.
So,If You want to be on Safe side you should achieve atleast below 500 rank in GPAT.

You may choose to do a Postdoctoral fellowship after you PhD from BHU. A number of universities abroad do look for researcher fellows for such programs.
You will have to do a thorough research of such opportunities yourself. A number of fellowship sites such as researchgate may come handy in this process.

Yes, you can take the admission. For admission to a number of UG courses at BHU, CUET-UG results are accepted. In order to register, candidates wishing to be admitted to BHU must submit an online application through the official NTA CUET website. Applicants for PG courses must have a valid CUET-PG score. Certain courses may have merit-based admissions.
For almost 600 students, BHU has provided housing for international students. In a statement, the institution also mentioned how easy and hassle-free the admissions process is for overseas students.
