NIT Mizoram Placements 2025: Highest Package, Average Package, Top Recruiters

During the placements 2023-24, 100% of NIT Mizoram B.Tech Mechanical and Civil Engineering students were placed and more than 63 offer letters were accepted during the placement drives. Based on the NIRF 2024, 91 UG students were placed with an NIT Mizoram average salary of Rs 9.80 lakhs and 5 PG students were placed with Rs 8.00 lakhs in 2023. 

B.Tech CSE branch students were placed with an NIT Mizoram CSE average salary of Rs 7.5 LPA. The National Institute of Technology Mizoram placement cell also conducts mock tests and practice session classes on Aptitude, Quantitative Ability, Logic and Reasoning to make students practice and get better before appearing for the final Interview. NIT Mizoram placement cell coordinates with the recruitment companies. It sends an annexure to those companies and the recruiters in return need to fill in all necessary information in the annexure. Recruiters will then fix dates with NIT Mizoram to visit the campus to conduct the recruitment process via various steps including written tests, group discussions and interviews. • The NITMZ placement cell invites the top recruiters for the placement drive programme.

• Recruiters contact the NIT Mizoram placement cell for tentative dates for pre-placement talks, pre-placement presentations, written tests, online tests, GD and PI.

• Negotiations and discussions are possible if there is a clash in the dates with other recruiters.

• After finalisation of the dates, the confirmation will be sent to the recruiters.

• Recruiters will organise the NIT Mizoram placement drive programme which includes written tests, personal interviews, group discussions, and many others.

• The offer letters will be sent to the selected students with due intimation to the placement cell.

The National Institute of Technology Mizoram has a training and placement cell to organise the placement procedure for the students. NIT Mizoram highest salary package of Rs 14.5 lakhs was received by B.Tech EE and MECH branches, followed by B.Tech CSE students placed with the highest salary of Rs 13 lakhs.
