National Institute of Technology Agartala (NITA or NIT Agartala) was recognised by the government of India as an Institute of National Importance on April 1, 2006. College Infrastructure
The infrastructure of NIT Agartala is good and huge. The campus is really nice place to study and chill. Classrooms are also okay some classrooms have projectors. labs are also very good, equipped with the required instruments even though not every equipments are new. Hostels are also average, not too good but manageable. There is a gym and few canteens. The infrastructure is good enough, just needs better maintenance here and there.
