Infrastructure of my college is amazing. All the classroom are equipped with good quality desks and air conditioning. The central library is very big and has many books and also has AC. Hostel infrastructure is also good and has many amenities including playground. Overall the infrastructure is amazing

Our college has bagged NIRF 1 position for 6 consecutive years and is the best when it comes to academics. The teachers have great depth of knowledge of the subjects they are teaching. The curriculum is also well balanced and includes all the aspects required

Placements in our college are always very good. More than 90% students get placed. The highest salary package is around 2 crore. I have not sat the for the placement as I still have 2 years left for my education but what I have heard from my seniors is that the process is very smooth and the college is very supportive

The tuition fee for each semester is around one lakh rupees. I have learnt a lot in my two years and the knowledge it adds is amazing. Basically you understand all the key concepts of your course in depth which adds great value for money.

Campus Life is the best. There are wide range of activities which we can indulge ourselves in. There are many spheres which include cultural, technical and sports. The campus is very green and has lots of trees. There are also many monkeys and deers int he campus. Overall the campus is very safe

Within my two years in this college, the first year was completely online so I missed my campus Life . But even though, the teaching was upto the mark. After coming to the campus I have enjoyed a lot . I made lots of new friends had lots of parties and overall it's the best experience of my life

It's a good place. Beautiful campus with all the high tech facilities. IIT Madras is a place which gives students the rich and valuable exposure to multiple avenues related to academics, co-curricular and extracurricular activities. Each student discovers their true interests and passion and pursues the same. Much of the campus is a protected forest, carved out of the Guindy National Park, home to many animals that are not commonly seen in a busy city like Chennai.

I'm studying Integrated MA programme. My curriculum is very unique to that of engineering Department. What we study here is liberal Arts. The first two years at the campus might be hard but IIT Madras provides all the facilities you would need to get ahead. The classes here take only 4-5 hours and the rest 19-20 hours are to be spent helping yourself grow. You can study in that time, play any sport or take part in extracurricular activities.

It depends upon the person which qualities he or she has. You should make sure toremain hydrated during the day; that is the most important thing...Chennai weather is something to cope up with. The temperature at the campus is normally 3-4 degrees lower than the rest of the city because of the trees here.

Infrastructure of this colleges nice as there are several type of amenities are available for the students which helps them to study more and more like visual programs and even water facility is very nice because there are several purifiers which help to purify the water

Academic level is also ok as there are several teachers who have a lot of knowledge about their subjects as we can say they have a huge knowledge of their subjects so we can easily get the enough knowledge of a subject

Facility is also nice because there are several student who want to go overseas and they can go from this college placement is just 7000 rupees which help the poor ones also to go Canada or Australia for their higher education

Infrastructure is very good. Campus is very beautiful. It has all the facilities like clean hostels, canteens, Ac classrooms, e-libraries, and many more. Laboratories are well-furnished and all the requirements are available.

Teachers are very knowledgeable and always ready to help students. If any student is getting low marks in the test, they try to motivate him. Also, all the professors are studied from IITs and NITs. The curriculum is updated according to the need.

It records average placement every year. Only 20-30% students are placed in MNCs companies. Average students found very difficult to get their dream job. Students have to put many efforts to get selected during placements.

My course fees is Rs. 1,00,000 per year and I think it is a good iit.

The scenery outside the campus is just wow.!

I would recommend IIT Madras as the best destination if engineering is the passion you have. Placements: Placements are really great and our college managed it very well. Almost 80% of the students got placed. Google Microsoft, TI, GE, Tata motors are some of the top core companies that visited the campus. The placements are not limited to core areas but also non core areas ranging from finance to consultancy. Infrastructure: Facilities and infrastructure available for us were of top class.

It's the best out there , the teachers are very great.The teachers were highly qualified and did teach well. We had the choice to choose our courses from lot of relevant courses. Curriculum is designed to be highly challenging and makes you brainstorm preparing one for industry. They try to get best out the students.

It has great placements in all areas that any person might be interested in especially in my degree as it is full of variety and people from different walks of life. I am assured being the first batch we will break all records.

Pretty economical , 2.85 lakhs for the whole degree.

Good Infrastructure and facilities. Wifi is available in the academic blocks but not in hostel. We need a LAN cable to get wifi in hostel. They are well maintained. No smart boards are present. Living spaces are clean and food is reasonably hyginic.

Good quality of teaching but it varies based on professor. I am studying in computer science and engineering. Quality of teaching is good but it also depends on the professor and the portion. It is not very much updated and it is reasonably enough for the jobs.

Good structure of placement committee. They manage and comfort the students. Good percentage of students are placed in good companies. Average salary is good in our department. The placement process is also good .

We haven't visited the campus so far. Seniors told us that all the infrastructure, sports facilities, hostels, transport and food are very good. They particularly mentioned that the library is very good.

The quality of teaching is very good. Professors here are very knowledgeable. Doubts are clarified. The concepts are made very clear .Professors are student friendly and approachable. They start teaching from the basics and hence our understanding become even more better.

The quality of placements is good. According to the data of year 2019-2020,77% of the b-tech students were placed. Highest package is 88.82 lakhs per annum from computer science engineering. Median salary for computer science department is 24.57 lakhs per annum.

Yes it has an excellent infrastructure . We have sufficient facilities and all proper equipments. We have wifi facilities in hostel rooms, classrooms , library and at many places of institution. We have computer facilities in library for the students who can't afford a PC. Every class is equipped with projectors . Yes living spaces are cleaned regularly . Campus is always very clean. Food provided was hygienic but the taste not maintained up to the mark due to that students prefer to eat outside

I am studying in mechanical engineering , Quality of teaching depends on the proffs in my opinion. Not everyone teach in the way we understand. Yes I think curriculum is updated and includes all recent developments in the field.

I don't know much about placements but as far as I know about 75% students gets placed. Highest packages was more than 1Cr . It was from Computer science branch. I think average salary offered was around 6-8 lac per annum

Campus Life was amazing. It is a place of many activities . Every club including apart from studies music,dance, media,coding ,CFI, cinematography every activity is available. Student can pursue whatever they want.

IIT Madras is already a well-known college and was established way back in 1951. The college has all the necessary infrastructure and equipment and so much more. The classrooms are big enough to accommodate the students. The campus also has buildings and areas allocated for the student activities.

I am currently pursuing B.Tech in mechanical engineering at IITM. The professors here are well experienced. The curriculum is very flexible and gives the students a chance to pursue a minor or extend their degree to a dual degree.

According to the last years stats IITM has managed to place all its students from the btech course. Though the placement process was done online, the college has done remarkably well in getting the students placed.

Many companies and campus programs provide scholarship to students based on the economic background and their performance in the academics. The institute also encourages students irrespective of their background to pursue their dreams in the area of their interest.

I have not experienced it yet but I certainly believe from what I have heard that it is campus life that makes the experience at IIT memorable for life. I hate to miss it but I am also very eager to go to the campus as soon as possible.

It is worth all the hard work and pain that takes to get here. It is not just the college but the students and people here that make the experience very special.

It has well equipped laboratories, classrooms, libraries, sports centres and hostels. One of the best atmosphere where you can live . whole campus is maintained properly and hostels, messes are also clean and well maintained.

Professor here are so friendly, they start from basic so it will be good even if u were weak in the basics for that particular topic in your jee times. Curriculum is up to date . Also Professors mention the recent advancement in that topic.

Quality of placements at my college is great. For Mechanical engineering, 65 to 75 per cent of students get placed. Highest package in mechanical engineering is 50 lakhs per annum . College is so supportive for placement.
