Courses	Fees	Eligibility Criteria
B.Tech	Rs. 5.77 Lakhs	Candidates must have passed the class 10+2 examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with the other relevant subjects.
B.Tech M.Tech	Rs. 7.21 Lakhs	Candidates must have passed the Intermediate examination (10+2) of the Board of Intermediate Education with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics (PCM) as subjects or any other examination.
B.Sc M.Sc.	Rs. 1.36 Lakhs	Candidates must have completed class 12th from a recognised board with the minimum required marks.
M.Tech	Rs. 1.70 Lakhs	A candidate should have passed 60% for GEN/GEN-EWS/OBC, or 55% in the case of SC/ST/PwD candidates in their graduation.
M.Sc.	Rs. 59,700	A candidate must have passed the Three-year regular B.Sc. (Hons./Pass) with a minimum of 55% marks in the relevant discipline. A relaxation of 5% marks is applicable for SC/ST candidates.
